Jen ~ It is VERY hard to break out of that mindset, I know. I struggle with it every day, myself. Some days it's harder than others and I indulge myself with, "they did this to me," or "they did that to me," and really, what is the point? I only get myself all worked up. It does nothing to the person it's directed at. They could care less. But more and more I catch myself playing these little mind games in my head and stop kicking myself for something that wasn't my fault or just a plain honest mistake. Thanks for the feedback. :)
